goodbye indian summer

We’ve had an amazing September with very hot days where we got to enjoy that last little bit of extra summer.  And then October hit, and instantly it’s cool mornings and layers to keep me warm.  Fall is one of my favorite seasons for fashion (hello tweed, plaid, and velvet!), Starbucks pumpkin spice americano mistos, autumn walks through the gorgeous changing leaves, and the knowledge that Christmas is practically around the corner!

This is an outfit I wore on my ‘Goodbye Summer’ date with Rhys at one of our favorite local restaurants. It marked the last sips of roses and whites, on to the big bold reds and wine festivals!
